Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry tasks using computerized systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including experience with QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Job Types:

£18,526.91-£26,333.33 per year
