OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - Part Time - 21 hours per week

Location:
Solihull or Bristol / Hybrid


This is a job share role, you will be required to work ideally Wednesday, Thursday, Friday with Wednesday in the office and the other 2 days at home.


The key objective of this role is to support the Field Optimisation Team with responsibility for collating and distributing the communication packs, agreed plans and budget position monitoring.


As a job share position, the role is mainly administration focused but has the scope to become involved in the project cycle process and Salesforce efficiency improvements.


What you'll be doing:


  • Managing Change Request reporting for Field Optimisation Team.
  • Arranging meetings / workshops where appropriate.
  • Agenda preparation, taking minutes at meetings and following up on actions.
  • Liaising with team and 3rd parties assisting with helping to resolve queries and issues re reporting clarity.
  • Developing clear communication channels with colleagues within the project teams, Field Management Team and wider SJP colleagues

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Project Support experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, work to deadlines and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Influencing skills, ability to manage upwards and challenge appropriately
