An exciting opportunity awaits a Receptionist to be part of the team and manage the front desk for this Central London based Hotel.
Hotel Receptionist- Greet all guest and assist them with checkin and checkout
- Respond to all guest questions and request in a timely manner
- Answer and forward telephone calls
- Assist with administrative and general task when required
- Liaise with other departments
- Keeping a tidy and orderly workspace
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a hotel environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills and presentation
- Professional and confident manner
- Have experience of using hotel PMS
