Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and qualification of sales leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Analysis of sales data and identification of product range gaps within existing distribution channels
  • Identification of opportunities within our customer delivery schedule and enhancing purchase orders.
  • Adopting a proactive approach aligned to strategic marketing campaigns
  • Limited face to face key customer engagement
  • Engagement with nondirect independent wholesale accounts
  • Keeping up to date with product and service information.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Keeping informed about competing products and services.
  • Project managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales KPI targets.
  • Level 6 education preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to use own initiative.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Tenacious approach towards the achievement of KPI's
  • Self
  • Motivated with Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass KPI targets
