Our client is a well-established online healthcare supplier; specialising in providing outstanding service to GP and care home supplies.

Main duties:

Adhere with the business' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Placing orders and dealing with order related queries
Contact suppliers to obtain order and product updates to ensure the website and customers are kept updated
Updating website content
Provide support to the sales team to meet customer needs
Passionate about providing excellent customer service
An interest in Ecommerce
Excellent written and verbal communication
IT literate with a proficiency in Excel and Word
Able to handle customer complaints competently and confidently
