Job Title:
Delivery Recruitment Consultant (180 Recruiter) / Account Manager (270 Recruiter)


Location:
Welwyn Garden City, UK


Basic salary:
Starting at £25,000 + progressive commission scheme


Overview:

Responsibilities:


Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop job specifications and refine recruitment strategies accordingly.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns.

Market Research and Industry Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and enhance service delivery.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients to communicate progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, minimum 1 year in IT Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and software (e.g., applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter) is advantageous.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£14,164.73-£52,087.10 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Experience:


  • Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
