Our clients are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the full accounting function in their Stratford upon Avon office.


Duties to include:

  • Input of purchase invoices to Sage
  • Reconcile the purchase ledger each month to statements
  • Payment of suppliers
  • Reconcile the sales accounts and send monthly statements
  • Post bank receipts and payments daily
  • Monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Post receipts from Stripe and PayPal and reconcile monthly
  • Post and reconcile the credit card statements
  • Monthly Payroll
  • Post PVA statements and duty/VAT deferment accounts
  • Quarterly VAT Return


  • Cashflows

  • GBP, USD and Euro
  • Management Accounts

Qualifications:

  • Preferably AAT member bookkeeper or similar professional body
  • Sage 200 Professional experience
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • StratforduponAvon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
