What you will be doing

You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
You will be a key point of contact for our guests answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns, and responding to complaints.
Manning the reception desk, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections
Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed
Communication is key. Working with the management team, you will be responsible for managing internal and guest communications
Team work is important, you will assist with public areas and communal spaces are kept immaculate by cleaning and ensuring spaces are ready for the next day
You will demonstrate consistent compliance to true operational excellence standards
