A great opportunity for an insurance professional keen to focus their career in the managerial space as an Operations Manager with a speciality MGU due to a recent internal promotion
You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and strong previous experience in running and looking after a team as a Manager in the insurance market

You will be involved with a variety of duties, with a focus on running a team of 6 underwriting assistants, ensuring that Binder SLAs are met, maintaining data carriers, engaging with Underwriters and internal stakeholders whilst also reviewing BDX and ensuringthat it is compliant.

You will further be training underwriting assistants on data capture and the reviewing of data capture to ensure it is correct.
