- Must have prior experience in Marine claims within the London Market, ideally with an Insurer, Lloyd's Syndicate, or Lloyd's Broker.
- Ability to effectively lead complex work and possess deep knowledge of Hull & Machinery and Energy PD claims.
- Roles and responsibilities:
- Handle Marine Hull and Offshore Energy claims in a lead and follow capacity.
- Regularly monitor and process claims on ECF on a daily basis.
- Support the Head of Claims with daily claims issues.
- Demonstrate strong initiative in claims handling and serve as a role model for less experienced colleagues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Underwriters to ensure smooth information flow.
- Establish good rapport with Clients and Brokers.
- Engage in relevant seminars, gatherings, and events.
