Key Skills/Experience Desired:

  • Experience in agency recruitment, preferably spanning 3 years +.
  • Agency or Inhouse experience from an IT MSP/Consultancy.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch/ English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport effortlessly.
  • Prior experience in a clientfacing role, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proven capability to manage all stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle with finesse and efficiency.
  • Track record of consistently delivering highquality customer experiences.
  • Previous Recruitment CRM experience is key i.e. Bullhorn, Bamboo HR, Team Tailor
  • Strong team player, adept at fostering collaboration and synergy within the People Team.
  • While not necessarily a technology enthusiast, you should possess sufficient techsavviness to swiftly acclimate to our internal systems and tools.

Bonus Skills/Experience:

  • Previous exposure to the tech industry, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of its dynamics and demands.
  • Proven experience of hiring Cloud and Cyber Security positions.
