    As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Ekco,you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tiertech talent to join our ranks.

    Your responsibilities will encompass a broadspectrum of tasks, including profiling and identifying potential candidatesfor our open positions, closely collaborating with hiring managers acrossthe organization.

    Furthermore, you'll conduct interviews and evaluatecandidates for suitability, all while representing Ekco as a premieremployer within the market.

    This role is embedded within the TalentAcquisition team, which operates within the larger People Team coveringIreland, the UK, Netherlands, Malaysia and South Africa.

    This provides afertile ground for collaboration with seasoned colleagues and continuouslearning opportunities.

    Experience Desired:
    Experience in agency recruitment, preferably spanning 3 years +.Agency or In-house experience from an IT MSP/Consultancy.
    Proficiency in candidate sourcing or recruitment methodologies.
    Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch/ English.
    Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapporteffortlessly.
    Prior experience in a client-facing role, showcasing your ability todeliver exceptional customer service.
    Proven capability to manage all stakeholders throughout the recruitmentlifecycle with finesse and efficiency.
    Track record of consistently delivering high-quality customerexperiences.
    Previous Recruitment CRM experience is key i.e. Bullhorn, Bamboo HR,Team TailorStrong team player, adept at fostering collaboration and synergy withinthe People Team.
    While not necessarily a technology enthusiast, you should possesssufficient tech-savviness to swiftly acclimate to our internal systems andtools.


    Bonus Skills/Experience:
    Previous exposure to the tech industry, demonstrating a nuancedunderstanding of its dynamics and demands.
    Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews, ensuring robustcandidate assessments.
    Proven experience of hiring Cloud and Cyber Security positions.
