Change Manager - Up to 55K- Occasional visits to the London office required


Our client is one of the UK's largest and most prestigious distribution business who play a huge part of the distribution of products for many UK companies and homes and employ over 100,000 staff UK wide.

An ever changing and fast paced business who pridethemselves in being able to adapt to change quickly. Due to improvements being made in the business they are looking to recruit a Change Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure regular reports / updates against key milestones
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills are necessary
  • Support the development of key people metrics and critical success factors
  • Ensure the project deliverables are consistent with the long term people strategy

Requirements:


  • Experience of working in a multisite unionised matrix organisation
  • CIPD qualified desirable
  • Project Management accreditation desirable
  • Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
