Change Manager - Up to 55K- Occasional visits to the London office required
Our client is one of the UK's largest and most prestigious distribution business who play a huge part of the distribution of products for many UK companies and homes and employ over 100,000 staff UK wide.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular reports / updates against key milestones
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills are necessary
- Support the development of key people metrics and critical success factors
- Ensure the project deliverables are consistent with the long term people strategy
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a multisite unionised matrix organisation
- CIPD qualified desirable
- Project Management accreditation desirable
- Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
