Office Coordinator & Personal Assistant to Directors:

Permanent Role

£26,000 to £28,000 Per annum

Baker Street, London

9 AM to 6 PM

Duties include:


  • Manage day to day responsibilities at the HG
  • Making the tea and coffee
  • Help HR, amending contracts, healthcare, and pension
  • Track attendance; Track annual leave allowances
  • Action any outstanding tasks from H&S site visits
  • Help accounts team up with PO's
  • Arrange travel arrangements
  • Arrange company team meetings (Worldwide on zoom or face to face)
  • Help with sorting documents
  • Create presentations & proofread content for events
  • Company card expenses
  • Organise football season tickets
  • Updating contacts on database
  • Help with personal family support for CEO
  • Make donations on behalf of the company
  • Create social media posts to raise money for charity

Must have:


  • Organisation skills
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be confidential with important information
  • Problem solver
  • Confident to ask questions
  • Intermediate with being a Microsoft learner
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration

Nice to have:


  • Speaking multiple languages
  • A university degree
  • Experience in handling events
