About the role
Hospitality Executives play are and essential part of the Veeve London Team. Our team operates short-term rentals on behalf of 'Hosts' (property owners) delivering 5-star guest stays across the
London portfolio of homes.
Hospitality Executives are the face of the company and have the important role of making all our guests feel welcome.
You only get 'one' First impressions so we make it count, so at Veeve we value and support or Hospitality Executive extremely highly.
If you are someone who has an eye for the detail and well organised and would like to join a committed team of like minded people and are looking for a part time role that is truly flexible, then this role could be ideal for you.
You must be comfortable travelling across London whilst carrying out visiting to properties/sites.Whilst ensuring that government standards such as PPE and personal hygiene measures adhere to.
Tasks / Role Responsibilities
- Guest Check In & Out (Meet & Greets)
- Inventory Audits (QA)
- Cleaning Supervision
- Key Collection & Drop Off
- Coordination items for guest stays
- Guest trouble shooting & maintenance supervision
- Transport organization (Own)
Check-out standard time allowance - 2 hour in home (arrival at check-out time, 1.5 hours overall to perform check out tasks) _times may vary for larger homes_
All other tasks are based on a minimum of 2-hours but will vary depending on business on any given day.

You should be proactive, flexible and adaptable with a broad range of capabilities, skills and experiences which you can draw upon, what we ask:
− Confidence speaking to a variety of people including HNWI
− Excellent verbal communication skills
− Responsible and reliable
− Good time management
− Problem solver, able to think outside the box
− Quick learner - you will be joining during our busiest season and there will be a lot to take in
− Fluent English - and, if you are fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, Russian or
Arabic, that is a bonus
Hours
− Peak 8am - 9pm
− Off Peak 9pm - 8am & Bank Holidays
Veeve operates 7 days per week and 365 days per year.
Rates / Allowances
− Peak Tasks £13.50 per hour (2 hour - min £27.00)
− Off peak tasks £17.5 an hour (2 hour - min £35.00)
Other Perks
− Total flexibility depending on your schedule. You are self-employed so you can tell us your availability on a weekly basis.
− Paid training with one of our Senior Greeters.
All rates are inclusive of travel
You may order a taxi for any check-ins between the traveling hours of 11pm - 6am for the return journey home and recharge this cost to Veeve up to a maximum of 25 GBP (a receipt must be provided)
You must either be listed as a sole trader with HMRC or have legal rights to work in the UK (Student
Visas) and Public Liability insurance. Casual employment contracts may also be considered
