Description

We're looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer with design, maintenance and assessment experience to join our Transportation team based in Penrith.

The position involves undertaking and overseeing simple and complex analysis, design and assessment work as well as feasibility and maintenance strategies for various highway structures.

Location :
Penrith - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Contract :
Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know
As a Senior BridgeEngineer, you'll be working within the Kier Design Solutions team.

You will be undertaking and overseeing bridge maintenance projects including structural bridge assessments, design and check calculations and feasibility studies, assisting in the overall delivery of the workload of the Structures Bridge team within the Design Solutions office.

This role of a Senior Bridge Engineer is great if you are:
Experience in a similar role within Highways
Proven experience of bridge design standards and analysis
Management and delivery of projects to programme and budget constraints
