As a Nurse Case Manager, your role involves utilizing your clinical and case management expertise to deliver exceptional care to our members and their families. Working closely with clinicians and hospitals is a key aspect of this role, ensuring the best care outcomes for our members. Moreover, you'll have access to ongoing training and increased responsibilities.
At AXA, we value a smart work approach, granting our staff the flexibility to balance their time between home and the office efficiently. You'll spend at least 40% of your workweek at our Tunbridge Wells office, operating during typical hours from Monday to Friday, with no work on evenings, weekends, or Bank Holidays.
