- Developing expertise in medical conditions and claims processing.
- Building and nurturing effective work relationships.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or possess a nursing diploma or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in nursing - essential.
- Current registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) - essential.

As a Nurse Case Manager, your role involves utilizing your clinical and case management expertise to deliver exceptional care to our members and their families. Working closely with clinicians and hospitals is a key aspect of this role, ensuring the best care outcomes for our members. Moreover, you'll have access to ongoing training and increased responsibilities.
At AXA, we value a smart work approach, granting our staff the flexibility to balance their time between home and the office efficiently. You'll spend at least 40% of your workweek at our Tunbridge Wells office, operating during typical hours from Monday to Friday, with no work on evenings, weekends, or Bank Holidays.
We also support various flexible working arrangements, such as condensed hours, which can be discussed with our Talent Acquisition team.
