Description
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer interactions
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or upsell products/services
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices

From £25,913.67 per year
