Description

Duties:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer interactions
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or upsell products/services
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices

Job Types:

From £25,913.67 per year
