About the role:

As the Head of Clinical Services, you hold a central position in establishing and shaping our clinical services for our Children & Young People across our Residential and Education settings.

Furthermore, your role is pivotal in providing training and support to our residential and educational teams, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

Your leadership extends to forging strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare providers, actively participating in budget planning and resource allocation for clinical services, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.

Your commitment and expertise will play an important role in shaping the future of care and support for Children and Young People in need.

About you:

Proven experience working in similar clinical settings, providing therapy to Children and Young People with complex needs.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards excellence.
Educated to Doctorate level in Clinical Psychology and Masters Level in Psychotherapy. Or other equivalent qualifications.
To be fully registered and accredited with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (BPS, HCPC, UKCP and BACP)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
A deep commitment to the welfare and development of Children and Young People.
