Temp to perm opportunity

Huntress are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Bedford.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is available to start a role asap, and to join an organisation on a temp to permanent basis.


Duties include:

  • Order processing receive and posses purchase orders from internal departments or external customers
  • Maintaining the accuracy of records
  • Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms and address any issues
  • Coordinate shipments and logistics to ensure timely deliveries
  • Address and resolve any issues timely and efficiently
  • General ad hoc duties
  • General administration experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high workload
