Huntress are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Bedford.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is available to start a role asap, and to join an organisation on a temp to permanent basis.
Duties include:
- Order processing receive and posses purchase orders from internal departments or external customers
- Maintaining the accuracy of records
- Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms and address any issues
- Coordinate shipments and logistics to ensure timely deliveries
- Address and resolve any issues timely and efficiently
- General ad hoc duties
- General administration experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage a high workload
