transition to adulthood and independent living, you will have considerable experience of working with young people, and of liaison with other agencies in putting together support plans. You will demonstrate the ability to

build relationships with young people, face difficult issues and deal with them sensitively, and to be a team player.
- Please note that travel is required as part of your role, as you will need to visit our young people at their home address to ensure they are managing with their transition into adulthood and independent living. Generally, this means that you will require a full driving licence and access to a car, but reasonable adjustments to this requirement will be considered to cater for a declared disability.
