About the Role
The Spaces and Places Coordinator will support the smooth running of estates service such as cleaning, concierge and compliance testing services at CCHA.
You will work closely with Neighbourhood Managers and Property Teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and create great places for our tenants to live.
By providing support to the teams you work with, you will help CCHA to achieve our ambition of being a caring landlord and employer of choice, as well as meeting our other objectives, as set out in the Corporate Strategy.
About You
Were looking for an organised individual who has experience working with a busy team. You will be a great communicator and have excellent customer service skills. You will need to have experience in scheduling rotas, dealing with customer enquiries and providing administrative support.
