Are you an experienced School Finance Officer seeking a new role in a school setting?

If you are, we are recruiting for a School Finance Officer to work in a school in the Richmond area.

These are a mixture of temporary and permanent positions. Hourly rate will depend on experience.

Produce bills
Termly fee invoices
Deal with parent billing enquiries
Budget and purchasing experience
Knowledge of provision of financial data
Ideally deal with experience with SIMS or Schools MIS systems
Understand the processing of daily financial transactions
Carry out debit and credit transactions
Accuracy in carrying out a wide range of financial tasks
To ensure financial procedures operate in accordance with statutory guidelines, financial regulations and guidelines set out in the policies and procedures
To ensure rigorous financial systems are in place for purchases through each budget area
