    Location: City of London (Aldgate)

    Earning Potential: Starting salary of £27,000-£30,000 + commission

    Hours: 8.00am-5.30pm

    Hybrid: 2 days from home (after probation has been passed)

    Start: ASAP

    Tempest Resourcing are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Housing Division and we would love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to further progress their career. You will be focused on business development, managing client relationships, and growing a desk to a high level.

    The Role

    Our consultants are full 360-degree Recruitment Consultants, meaning you benefit from developing relationships with both candidates and clients alike, as well as developing the skills that come with that experience. You will use your exceptional communication skills to build your own network of candidates sourced from our extensive database, online job boards and referrals. You will have access to our extensive client network allowing you to quickly build a very lucrative desk. You will be challenged by tough but achievable targets that will push you to perform at the highest level you can.
