Description

College Employers Scotland is looking for a National Bargaining Lead, responsible for negotiations in relation to support staff in the college sector.

The role will involve building and maintaining relationships with a range of external stakeholders, including liaising with trade unions and providing ongoing advice to the college sector in Scotland.

Reporting into the Director, the post holder will play a leading role in all aspects of National Bargaining negotiations, representing the sector on key policy areas and implementing agreed national actions and activities.
