Description

F/T Permanent Cook required for locally homegrown business based in Lisburn.

Hours of Work:
Tuesday - Saturday pm (No late nights, OFF Sunday & Monday )

Duties:

Prepare and cook food for lunches according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Safely use and maintain all kitchen equipment and utensils.
Monitor food quality and ensure it is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of meals.

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures HACCP
Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary £24,960 - £26,873 per annum
