Part-time HR Advisor - Independent Not for Profit - Hertfordshire

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join an award winning social enterprise based in Hertfordshire on a part-time basis.

There is a flexibility on the number of working days.

Reporting into the Director of Finance & Operations you will be responsible for delivering a professional HR service to the organisation.

Your key accountabilities will include:

Working closely with the senior team to evolve and implement the people strategy
Providing specialist HR advice and guidance on all HR matters including recruitment, employee relations and reward
Reviewing HR policies and procedures
Championing a highperformance culture and developing learning and development plans
Liaising with the finance team and payroll provider

You should be an HR Generalist with experience of reviewing and improving HR policies and developing learning initiatives.

A good knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with an ability to work autonomously and to work closely with senior leaders.

Excellent communication skills are essential.
