Part-time HR Advisor - Independent Not for Profit - Hertfordshire

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join an award winning social enterprise based in Hertfordshire on a part-time basis.

There is a flexibility on the number of working days.

Reporting into the Director of Finance & Operations you will be responsible for delivering a professional HR service to the organisation.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Working closely with the senior team to evolve and implement the people strategy
  • Providing specialist HR advice and guidance on all HR matters including recruitment, employee relations and reward
  • Reviewing HR policies and procedures
  • Championing a highperformance culture and developing learning and development plans
  • Liaising with the finance team and payroll provider
You should be an HR Generalist with experience of reviewing and improving HR policies and developing learning initiatives.

A good knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with an ability to work autonomously and to work closely with senior leaders.

Excellent communication skills are essential.
