Provision of support and assistance for the E.ON Lighting a Grid, Barnsley Streetlighting Team
Assist in the preparation and management of documentation in accordance with the relevant procedures, ensuring effective programming of work to meet customer and company timescales.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement ensuring exceptional levels of customer service, taking action where necessary to ensure that we complete all tasks and compliance related activities.
Being available for regular briefings, participating in feedback processes, raising questions and ensure personal understanding at all times ensuring that accurate records are maintained.
Build and/or maintain good working relationships with staff across teams and the Business as appropriate.
Support a programme of work and deal with enquires related to that programme or schedule.
Production of jobs packs for field staff, which include utility plans, site plans, Permits and arranging Traffic Management.
Scanning, compiling documents and marked up plans from the field to be stored and or sent to other network operators and local authorities.
Updating of shared documents to provide visibility across the organisation to increase productivity.
Ordering of work clothing and PPE
- A working knowledge of PC based computer systems and the ability to adapt quickly to changes to those systems
- The ability to work under pressure, make decisions and meet tight deadlines
- Be able to tackle problems in a logical way taking into account all relevant information and take responsibility for solving a problem and seeing it through
- Have an understanding of the E.ON Lighting and Grid Business (desirable)
- Have a general appreciation of Electric Vehicle Charging (desirable) )
- Admin within the last 6 month
- Navuigate and use Microsoft packetages
