We've launched this year's intake for our 2023 Graduate Programme This fantastic opportunity will allow recently graduated university students to enter the world of work within a dynamic and thriving business, operating in diverse industries.


New to this year's line-up is our Multimedia Design Graduate Programme, which offers three years of structured training and development within our in-house Communications & Marketing team.

The successful individual will be exposed to an exciting blend of creative projects to help make Stork stand out from the crowd in ever-evolving industries.


By working as an integral part of the team, the Multimedia Design Graduate will gain a broad understanding of the many sectors that we operate in, operations and services that we deliver, as well as our support functions throughout the business.

Tasks and Responsibilities as a Multimedia Design Graduate:
You will be given an in-depth development plan to guide you through the 3-year programme.

This will be populated with goals that are designed to enhance your knowledge and skillset throughout your time at Stork.


As a multimedia specialist in training, you'll bring together text, graphics, digital animation, video, photography and audio to create a range of multimedia assets that can be delivered across many platforms.

By working closely with the other members of the Communications & Marketing Team, together you will creatively support and deliver our regional activities based on agreed concepts and briefs.

Some of the activities that you'll be responsible for are:

  • Creating visual concepts and mock-ups of proposed designs before presenting them for review and revision.
  • Working on a wide range of creative briefs, from small campaigns to oneoff projects as well as leading on your own projects (with line with our Communications & Marketing Manager's support).
  • Using animation, motion graphics, video editing, infographics and digital content for social media, websites, presentations and proposals, as well as print materials.
  • Creating signage and exhibition stand designs, marketing materials, advertising visuals, engaging gifs and much more.
  • Developing strong relationships throughout the business from our sales, proposals and recruitment colleagues to our operations and project teams.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role so the successful applicant must be able to work under pressure and manage various projects running alongside each other, all with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.


Education:


  • A relevant degree such as communication design, digital or print media production, graphic design, multimedia design etc

Skills:


  • Full understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premier Pro with experience of creating 2D and/or 3D animation
  • Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skills
  • A desire to learn new tools and techniques, with a passion and curiosity about the latest design innovations.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects
  • Team player that works collaboratively
  • HTML, CSS knowledge would be advantageous
