    City College Peterborough is seeking a passionate and experienced Indian Cookery Tutor to join our Leisure department.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative Indian cookery classes to our adult learners Design and develop comprehensive course materials for Indian cookery classes.


    • Conduct hands-on cooking classes, providing step-by-step guidance on Indian cooking techniques, recipes, and cultural aspects.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in various Indian cuisines, including but not limited to regional dishes, traditional spices, and cooking methods.
    • Ensure that cooking facilities and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
    • Organisational skills for lesson planning and administrative tasks.
