This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hard-working financial transactional processing team, where no two days are the same.


Key Responsibilities:


DUTIES

  • Processing high volume financial transactions and data within deadlines and in accordance with financial controls.
  • Assist in the production of Month End Management Accounts
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Preparation of Accruals/prepayments for the month end.
  • Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register, including posting monthly deprecation.
  • Conduct month end analysis for Finance Managers
  • Production of various monthly reports as required by the operational team.
  • Assist in other areas of a busy finance transactional team, purchase ledger/banking/sales ledger.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good people skills to enable effective customer service is delivered.
  • Experience with Sun Accounts, or similar packages.
  • Good IT skills excel.

  • Previous experience in a similar role
