Description
As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the executive office.
You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, and prepare necessary materials.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting Clevel executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using productivity and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with travel booking and expense management systems.
