Description

As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the executive office.

You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with top-level leadership and be a part of a dynamic and growing company's.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, and prepare necessary materials.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address them.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting Clevel executives.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using productivity and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with travel booking and expense management systems.
