We're looking for a Pre-Works Coordinator to join our Highways team based in Birmingham. Responsibilities
As a Pre-Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring any maintenance repairs on the network on done within the target time to ensure KPIs are met.
Your day to day will include:
- Planning and scheduling the work for both internal and external operations, ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout
- Accountable for ensuring the corporate procedures are complied with, job packs are relevant and properly prepared, programmes of work are clear and adequate
- Planning repairs will be on carriageways, footways, street lighting, arboriculture, street furniture and drainage
Who are we looking for?
This role of Pre-Works Coordinator is great for you if:
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate sound working knowledge of software systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Confirm
- Are proficient and accurate in producing reports as well as entering data onto databases and spreadsheets
