We have an exciting role available for an aspiring carer to progress up the career ladder to the role of Client Quality Lead and/or work in a friendly environment where both clients and employees are handpicked for our business.


It is an excellent role for someone who is a good influencer and wants to be able to make a real impact on the quality of care being delivered to the clients they support.


Is the role for me?

  • This position is ideal for someone who enjoys having a say in client's support plans and allocated carers, whilst still enjoying the 'handson' element of the caring role. The role is split between handson care calls, fieldbased training of staff, and officebased quality monitoring of the care being delivered by the rest of the team.
  • You will be the first port of call when a client needs change and will be pivotal in completing their support plan and risk assessments accurately.
  • Problemsolving is a good skill that would be utilised in this role as well, as you would assist the office team in identifying near misses and implementing strategies to prevent them based on previous evidence and techniques.


In return, you will have the privilege of working for a small family-run business, flexible working with homework available, paid overtime opportunities, and up to 5 weeks of holiday a year plus bank holidays when targets are met.


Pre-Requisites:


  • The role of Field Care Supervisor is fundamental to the quality of the services we offer. You will be on the front line with the care team and are often the first port of call for new staff and clients.
