An international trading company, specialising in trading large quantities of seafood and other products, is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and dynamic individual to join their team as a Graduate Seafood Trader The company is looking to expand its operations and is looking to recruit and develop the next generation of seafood traders.

The role will suit an individual with a keen mind for business who is comfortable meeting new clients and developing business globally.

TYPE:
Permanent, full-time

WORKING HOURS: 9:00am - 5:00pm

SALARY:
£28,000+ Bonus+ Pension+ Private Health Plan

START:

LOCATION:
Central London (Office Based) with potential for hybrid working after completion of probation

Graduate Seafood Trader Main Responsibilities

Support the senior traders with administrative, shipping and documentary tasks
Liaise with suppliers and customers about shipments
Maintain broad understanding of seafood commodities, the market, the trading process, and close deals with suppliers and clients
Develop own trading skills and create own markets (after training)
Fluent in another language other than English
Recently graduated with a degree in business, commerce, economics, or any other related field
Some previous experience working in a multinational business environment would be useful, but not essential
Selfmotivated with creativity, flair and vision, who wants to be part of a fastgrowing trading company
Willingness to participate in overseas trade shows and to visit customers and suppliers abroad
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word
