Our client is a growing, multi-sited organisation with a Head Office on the outskirts of Bicester. They have a new permanent requirement within their Finance team for a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing accounts payable ledger (including setting up new suppliers, maintaining accurate supplier details).
  • Processing high volume of Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Preparation of supplier payment runs.
  • Supplier payment allocations.
  • Setting ad hoc payments on online banking.
  • Dealing with supplier and internal queries.
  • Coding bank transactions.
  • Updating Bank and Card trackers.
  • Processing company credit cards.
  • Assisting with month end process


On offer is a salary of 22-25k (depending on experience), plus benefits, study support and a mix of home/office hybrid working.
