Associate / Senior Associate role - Real Estate Asset Management - London:
As an Associate or Senior Associate, you are a team player in our Asset Management team. You support PATRIZIA's (international) growth and expand your professional experience in the process.

Your job is to fulfill the investment objectives of our investors for your allocated assets and ensure that property management, tenant relations, the capex projects and investment programs, budgeting and reporting are accurate and delivered on time.

As we are an ambitious and growing company, we are looking for a dedicated person who feels comfortable to be working as part of an ambitious and entrepreneurial team across all property sectors.

You will be responsible for your portfolio, working in close collaboration with the wider team and colleagues in Fund Management and other stakeholders on a variety of projects.

There is also an opportunity to support the expansion of our asset management business

Key responsibilities

Preparation of the strategic business plan, comprising an ESG action plan and including DCF/NPV calculations, scenario

- and hold-sell analysis.

Proactively manage valueadd projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets.
Translate the strategic business plan into the annual asset budgets.
Implementing the marketing and letting strategy, performing all negotiations and agreements with the related parties including contract renewals
Identification of cost savings and exploiting economies of scale
Monitoring the asset performance in coordination with the property managers, letting agents, project managers and asset operators
Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed asset/portfolio.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Fund Managers, Transaction managers)
Steer and monitor external partners (e.g. Property Managers, letting agents, legal advisors)
Review and challenge valuations
Support acquisitions and sales by contributing underwriting assumptions and business plans.
Develop your profile and build your network the property market to be able to share market intelligence and sector expertise within the company.

Requirements/Skills/Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Real Estate or comparable
Minimum of 3 years' experience in asset management or comparable
Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate.
Excellent knowledge of local property markets and relevant network
Good understanding of local and European legislations applicable to real estate
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
Resilient and well organized multitasker and team player
Comfortable within an evolving and international environment
Proactive, flexible and assertive
Experienced in the Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point)
