Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure strict adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and oversee their work.
  • Monitor and oversee maintenance procedures, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and allocate resources for routine maintenance projects.
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance of semiplant equipment.
  • Lead and guide employees within the assigned team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or a similar role in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to plan and organize resources effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
