    With a keen focus on reporting, you will be liaising with various stakeholders to extract valuable insights from our company data.

    The role will include providing the Chief Executive and other stakeholders with enhanced reports utilising data visualisation tools, improving the current reporting systems as required.

    The role will require regular weekly presence at either our St Asaph or Preston Brook offices, but hybrid working arrangements may also be discussed.


    Data Analysis and Modelling:
    Utilize ETL tools to analyse data from various sources, including SQL databases and Dynamics 365.

    • Data Management: Work along with our team to engineer the best solutions for reports from a 'Single Source of the Truth'.

    Data Visualisation:
    Leverage reporting and data visualisation tools to create visually compelling dashboards and reports. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business users.

    • Projects: Work along with Systems Manager on projects including the development of new applications to address business needs.
    Proven experience in data analysis, minimum 2-4 years.

    • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
    • Advanced Expertise in Excel, including modern functions, Power Query and data visualisation.
    • Familiarity with Power BI and DAX or similar data visualisation and ETL tools.
    • Familiarity with SSRS desirable.
    • Prior experience in or familiarity with housebuilding very desirable.
    • Competitive starting salary dependant on experience/qualifications
    • Position is Full Time, 39 hours/week, Monday-Friday
    • 25 days holiday/year + Bank holidays
