Are you looking to work for a leading law firm? Have you worked as a legal administrator or in conveyancing?

Key responsibilities:


  • Providing quotes to prospective clients and dealing with initial enquiries
  • File opening and associated administration
  • Database entry and upkeep
  • Production of reports
  • Carrying out ID searches and Checks on Clients
  • Dealing with administrative requirements after completion in serving notices and making payments
  • Dealing with registration of property at Land Registry and any associated queries at that arise
  • Dealing with lender's requirements after completion, dealing with deeds after completion, and closing files
  • Dealing with department administrative tasks


Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they are capable of working on their own initiative, have a mature attitude, and are a strong team player.

An ability to consistently maintain high standards will be essential as will excellent IT skills. Experienceof working in a legal environment is not required, although experience within an office environment will be an advantage.

Data entry skills will be essential as well as good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.


Working hours:
Monday

  • Friday, 9.00am5.30pm. This is an office
- based role.
