Therefore, we are investing in a new workforce to lead this change, and we are actively recruiting now for a 2023 start, focused on change management, transforming work practices, and project delivery of goals and objectives.
In summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide support within the EHR Programme, essential to the successful delivery of an EHR solution.
This transformation project will enable the organisation to be more agile and innovative and will allow for the organisation to deliver long into the future the leading patient care it is already renowned for.
This role will be providing essential support to the Programme Director, CMIO and CCIO.During the length of your FTC the role may transition to a pool of support to include members of the wider leadership team within the programme.
The role will be responsible for the diary management of the individuals and organisation of paper.The role will provide support for the programme as required including the organisation of meetings, webinars and demonstrations, managing the organisation of the logistics and attendees.
Specific deliverables and top priorities for this role are:
- Diary management for Programme Director, CCIO, CMIO.
- To provide support for an extensive range of meetings.
- Organisation of demos, webinars, meetings in virtual or in person settings.
- Provide support to team members within the programme organisation structure.
- Undertake other duties as required by the programme under the direction of the Programme Director.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent organisational and people management skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Educated to A level or Foundation degree level or equivalent experience
- Proactive individual who is solution and delivery focused with high attention to detail.
