Due to continued success and growth are seeking to recruit a Software Solutions Officer to assist in the management developmentand growth of the business.

The company want to further develop the strategy specifically around the delivery of enhanced service based solutions to ensure continued growth and alignment with current & Future market trends.

This role requires analysis of techno;logiesplatforms and OEM servics in order to assist the Board in formulating the stategic plan in phases to agreed timeframes under programme management


The Role:


There will be a requirement from time to time to assist the relevant sales teams in tenders RFP's and client presentations to provide specialist input on AVIT integration services available in regards to UC's remote support & monitoring servicedashboards and other related services.
*To Review current status of managed services systems and infrastructure

*To recommmend upgrade path(probably MS365) to provide a stable platform with the initial focus on the helpdesk and all related services - to consider wihin this deployment interfacing with other client ITSM platforms via API's & ebonding for closer clientalignment

*To oversee implementation and roll out within the service business-potentially then to extend out to the remainder of the business

*To assist SMT in development of the companies AV & IT integration polocies as technologies merge and revenue commercial opportunities within

*To work on specific projects/assignments as required by the board from time to time
