Title:
Training Delivery Manager (interim - possible temp to perm)

Salary:
£38,000 - £40,000 (depending on relevant experience)

Location:
Home based role (occasional national travel / train)

OVERVIEW:

Working as part of a small team, and reporting into the CEO, the Training Delivery Manager will provide a comprehensive and professional management of the delivery infrastructure for the purpose of planning, building and coordinating training courses for theTraining Department.

(The purpose of the Training Department is to deliver high quality specialist training programmes and continuous professional development (CPD) - they provide a number of one-year and two-year courses).

THE ROLE:

Overall purpose of the role is to manage the Training Team (employed and self employed tutors) making sure they deliver and develop their current training programme.

Working with a wide range of stakeholders to maintain a dynamic Learning/Training needs analysis

Working with clinicians and managers across the business - developing and delivering their approach to the training and developing and supporting the practitioners.

Oversee the training budget.

Student experience

Key is experience of educating, training and development in the "counselling sector" and experience of innovating, developing and delivering training in a "clinical" or similar specialist or technical setting and working closely with clinical or specialistcolleagues in the continuous review and development content.
