THE ROLE:

This is an important role supporting the Insight and Stakeholder Research Manager to ensure that research insights inform decision making.

In addition to managing business-as-usual research, you'll help compile customer and stakeholder evidence to support the development of the five-year business plan.

You will also help create effective and engaging ways of representing and sharing stakeholder insights and analysis, distilling complex topics for a range of audiences inside and outside the business.

The role will suit an analytical person with strong communication and data presentation skills.

For this permanent role, ideally you'd be able to come into the office 1-2 days per week - it's near to Gatwick.

YOU:
We're looking for someone with the following background:

ideally experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide actionable insights

- research agency or clientside background
- experience in research design and implementation e.g. writing and scripting online surveys
- ability to present complex information in easy to understand ways and make balanced recommendations for action
