Description

A temporary (6 month) full time opportunity has arisen in our Accounts Payable team to get involved in working with the team in the processing and payment of the company's invoices and expenses.

You will be working in a team of five in what a key function is to enable to business to continue to operate efficiently and effectively.

This role will be based in our Manchester office and will require you to work in the office 2 days per week (whilst enabling you to work from home too).


What you will be doing
Ensuring invoices are paid accurately and timely

Assist the AP manager with production of key management information

Seeking improvements to the team's processes and controls


What I will bring to this role
Communication is key therefore ensuring a good relationship is maintained with suppliers and purchaser's across the business

Previous experience is essential,

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central desirable

Strong at multitasking

Attention to detail and pride in getting tasks done right first time
