As a Barclays Delivery Lead, you will be joining Digital Channels team within Corporate Banking Business area. You will be instrumental in implementing the Corporate Banking supports clients in the UK and around the world. We provide corporate banking services to medium enterprises, large UK and global corporations, and financial institutions. Working Flexibly

What will you be doing?:


  • Creating and taking ownership of endtoend project/release delivery plans
  • Taking ownership of project initiation, validating feasibility, financials and resourcing plans
  • Carrying out detailed planning for project delivery with stakeholder teams, defining project schedules and timelines
  • Managing internal stakeholders from other Tech delivery areas, Operations, Product and Run the Bank
  • Managing external vendor project dependencies and deliverables
  • Managing and tracking project budgets ensuring the change is delivered on time and in line with agreed finances
  • Working closely with the programme lead to help define delivery roadmaps
  • Identifying and managing risks to ensure delivery is within the programme risk tolerance

What we're looking for:


  • Project delivery experience, preferable with both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Experience of delivering large complex technical projects within a challenging environment
  • Solid skills in stakeholder management, communication, influencing and solid personal credibility
  • The ability to manage concurrent initiatives and use effective judgment in prioritization and time management

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Solid analytical skills, methodical approach with good attention to detail
  • Good understanding of hosttohost Digital Channels
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels across the organization
  • Ability to Communicates difficult or complex ideas clearly

Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.

The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
