Our client based in Northumberland have an exciting opportunity for a Damp Surveyor to join their team.

Job description:

• Reactive maintenance and damp surveys.
• Carry out inspections on domestic properties as necessary.
• Accurately record all necessary findings and producing reports.
• Recommending a plan of action for dealing with the damp issue and minimising the damage.
• Liaise confidently with homeowners and project managers, demonstrating experience of this industry.
• Diagnosing causes of potential damp.
• Evaluate contracts.

Person specification:

• Must be a certificated Surveyor of Dampness in Building and registered with a trade body for the damp Proofing industry.
• Must have relevant experience evidence.
• Must be computer literate / Outlook / Office etc as standard.
• Hold a full, clean UK Driving license.
• Management experience
