Description

I am looking to supplement our team with a Set dresser.

Standard working hours are 8am - 4.30pm equating to an eight-hour day.

Key responsibilities:

Create decorations by attaching lights and decorative items to prefabricated steel frames and other structures
Work closely with the design team throughout the production process to achieve the desired finish
Refurbish decorations so that they can be reinstalled safely and look as good as they did when they were made
Package decorations so that they can be delivered to site safely without being damaged.
Carry out basic workshop tasks under the supervision of the Workshop Manager/Supervisors
Handle stock and decorations safely from storage to production spaces
Support the Operations dept. with the loading/unloading of Trucks & Vans when required.

Essentials:

You will need to be a conscientious individual.
Good time keeping
Maintain levels of concentration and quality control in both repetitive and more complicated tasks
Ability to follow instructions accurately (both verbal and written)
Excellent attention to detail
Be a positive team member, take personal responsibility and pride in your work
Follow H & S procedures and rules at all times
