We are pleased to be working with a civil engineering company based in Burnley who are looking for a Project Accountant to join
their newly created finance team.

The company have acquired two more business and therefore are increasing staffing within finance to be able to manage the accounts properly.

This is a hand on, varied role and you will be a valued member of staff within the company/team.


Duties:


  • Daily management of cash and banking
  • Fixed asset management
  • Support junior finance members
  • Account and bank reconciliations
  • Review balance sheets monthly
  • Prepare financial reports to support the wider business
  • Cost centre reports: margins/costing and P&L
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns
  • Assist with corporate tax
  • Support the financial controller with other aspects of finance
