I collaborate closely with leadership teams to execute talent management, organisational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and employee retention and engagement strategies. I provide strategic HR counsel to senior leaders, ensuring the success of Group HR operations. Furthermore, 

I lead transformative change initiatives and projects, orchestrate talent management, and company-wide events, and design and execute strategies for talent, diversity, inclusion, and engagement, including collaboration with unions. Overseeing franchise expansion and compensation programs, 

I have achieved high staff retention and effectively managed redundancy programs

Key Achievements:

  • Collaborated with unions to implement management methodologies and development programs, resulting in 

improved employee relations and high staff retention rates. 

  • Spearheaded organisational change initiatives, including franchise expansion and infrastructure enhancements, 

while effectively managing redundancy programs with zero litigation.

  • Formulated strategies for franchise expansion, compensation & and benefits, and training 
  • Achieved exceptional staff retention and effectively directed redundancy programs.
  • Led and organised strategy workshops and group senior manager leader programs across the Group.

Organisational Change

  • Formulated and designed strategies as HR Director to establish a network for franchise outlets and reduce

  • Successfully organised compensation and benefits programs, infrastructure and culture change programs, and 

created several training programs, including performance management, supervisory and operational 

management, enhancing volume business performance.

  • Headed the existing staff to achieve 94% retention during the ensuing months. Directed two redundancy 

programs, reducing the headcount by 30% with zero litigation.

  • Ensured cost-effective quality service by collaborating with several distribution outlets. 
  • Successfully developed and executed the company's first incentive program enhancing the volume of business.

  • Streamlined IT infrastructure and outsourcing data processing. He developed HRM Information Systems.
