- Responsible for a team of seventeen Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
- Ensuring manufacturing products, such as food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical goods, are consistently produced and controlled according to set quality standards
- Selling, servicing, and repairing of various Plant equipment, in the Food industry including industrial compression pumps.
- Driving efficiencies, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring operations' smooth running.
- Formulating and communicating strategies to maintain competitiveness and drive innovation.
- Ensuring Mechanical equipment functions efficiently, through installation, servicing and repair adhering to safety regulations.
- Ensuring proper designing, monitoring, and controlling of manufacturing processes, facilities, and operations

- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Enforcing / Implementing SOPs and work instructions
